Day 4; Day 3 Running

Day 4 since I started, third day of running. Still in pain. Still can't breathe. I think I made it farther running--did less walking...but this pain is kinda ridiculous.

I know exercising isn't supposed to be easy, but so far this sucks.


21 Days to Break a Habit. 17 days till I'm used to getting up and doing it.

Yeah...I just haven't gotten bak into it. It's not doing anything for me. Maybe I need some video or something to do in house...

there are exercise channels on the teevee. you have satellite or cable, right? check for a health channel or something. you'd probably like a dance-type of exercising. or, tae-bo.

you should start another habit. for example, blogging more often. that would be a good habit.
